Addition of customer API client provisioning

API clients can now be managed from the settings menu.

The API Clients Management functionality includes:

Creating new API clients.
Enabling/disabling a client from accessing each module.
Viewing the client ID and client secret for a client.
Deleting existing API clients.

Notes
Multi admin is an additional feature and if enabled, administrator approval is required on any actions before they come into effect. It can be applied when managing API clients.
Since MFA is mandatory, any user with MFA enabled will be prompted to provide their MFA token when attempting to view or update an API client secret.
To create API clients, you must be a user with the Manage users privilege enabled.

Drive

Drive versions 6.0 and above only support OAuth2 authentication. As a result, all users on Drive 6.0+ must authenticate using OAuth2 and will need to create an API client.
