Administrators
Administrators can reset passwords, control who has access to the system and also how much access they have. Please ensure you have at least one, preferably two administrators allocated to your company, in case someone is absent from work.
There are a number of tasks that can only be performed by an administrator. These are:
- Setting up approvals. see the section Guide to setting up approvals.
- Setting up roles, see the section Setting up roles.
- Setting up users, see the section User Management.
- Managing payment profiles, see the section Understanding a payment profile.
