Collections (coming soon)

There are a number of tasks that can only be performed by an administrator user before making Direct Debit collections.

Navigate to the settings menu ('cog' icon) and under Collections you will see options to:

• Create, edit and delete collection profiles, see the Collection Profiles section.
• Create, edit and delete plan templates, see the Plan Templates section.
• Export collections data.

Before you can set up a Direct Debit mandate you must set up a payment profile and collection profile.
